Is it normal to be scared of pregnancy?

So basically I'm old enough for children, but I just don't want to have one yet. I alway change my mind abt the subject. I had unprotected sex with my bf today and we used the pullout method. I been on bc (Depo provera) for 3 years and had no period. I was suppose to get the shot again on Dec 19 but I decided to take a break bc it makes my bones hurt. I still have no period so I can't be ovulating? Right? & he has a low sperm count. I'm nervous is that normal??

Yes it's normal & your most likely not pregnant 4

The pull out method is literally the most ridiculous form of birth control ever conceived (haha get it?). Seriously. Doesn't matter how low his sperm count is. You can get pregnant. Take a pregnancy test and quit dickin around (hahaha get it!?!?) Til you get on some birth control.

I would check with your doctor just to be sure. More often than not, unprotected sex plus "pulling out" results in a baby. Sadly, you could be on 2 or 3 different kinds of birth control and still wind up pregnant.

The only true method of preventing pregnancy is sterility (granted it's done right) of both parties or a complete hysterectomy. But since you're undecided, neither of these options are for you.

You ovulate approximately two weeks before your period (if you have a regular 28 day cycle - but everyone varies), so yes, it is possible to be fertile before you get your period if you're coming off birth control.

Personally, I wouldn't risk pull out method as the only form of birth control. You really need to think carefully amd consider all your options. There are many of them, and you should find one that doesn't hurt you like the Depo Provera seems to have.

But he does have a very low sperm count so it's a 50% chance right?

I'm no doctor, but I personally wouldn't risk it.

I probably can't ovulate, but I'm still not going to risk not using some form of birth control.

If depo worked (mostly) for you, what about Implanon? I think they're similar? I haven't really looked into them yet.

            Good luck.

Make sure you use condoms or something in the meantime.

Have you any idea what they call girls who use the pull out method? Mothers!
You can get pregnant even if the guy doesn't come at all; there can be some sperm in the precum.
I'd be pretty afraid of an unwanted pregnancy if I was you, too. It's an 18 year commitment.

The only way to prevent becoming pregnant is to abstain from fucking!

The "pull-out" method has one big flaw that your boyfriend has obviously told you nothing about, "Men lie!" i.e. I promise I won`t cum in your mouth! They lie about "pulling out" as well, I promise I pulled out in time, I have a low sperm count that is why I ejaculate so little!

Bull shit, boys are horny little fuckers who even lie to their Moms! don`t trust them. If you want to remain in a Non pregnant way, sleep with an older man, they don`t want any more children and thus will be very careful to not get you pregnant!

Hey, I'm scared of pregnancy, too. High five.

Don't worry, it's normal to be nervous about this topic with many people. I recommend you go see a doctor just in case. You never know what could happen.
