Is it normal to be periodically attracted to the same sex?

I'm a 26 years old male and I've never done anything with another guy except for kissing, mostly as a fun thing when drunk. However I find myself in periods (sober), attracted to other guys and the thought of having sex with other men. In these periods I frequently watch gay porn while still remaining attracted to women as well. These periods however end and the attraction sort of goes away but re-emerges sometimes weeks later again. I should add that I'm from a place where homosexuality/ bisexuality is widely accepted and I wouldnt't be judged if I came out as bi.
