All my life I've hated gay stuff but that was how I was raised all my family is christian and homophobic. Some are nice to those but behind their back they talk about how wrong they are. I have bi friends and gay and I respect them but don't accept how they love people. Some people do hate on me or joke saying HOMOphobic. I just know I feel in love with this gay ship, (usually it's striaght ship). Ever way I'm still a homophobic mostly towards lesbians maybe it's because of watching OITNB or Wentworth eitherway can I be parcially homophobic? Please don't hate if your a homosexual...

    Saying it as kindly as I can, I'm a bit over the whole "my family have X views and I was just raised this way".

    You're an adult now, with your own mind. Think for yourself, form your own opinions.

    With that said, gay people don't need you to "accept" or even understand, as long as you stay out the way and let them live their lives.

    Live and let live is my singular outlook on life and people. It comes down to viewing life in general and never ever judge anyone that is not hurting anyone else. Allow them to be the person or people that so wish to be and either accept it, or move on but never ever judge lest you yourself wish to be judged because I am sure you are not the perfect person. Guaranteed you have flaws of your own.

    I don't get your deal. You seem to know that homophobia is wrong, you know it's just how you were raised, you are completely capable of changing at will, but you don't? I honestly don't get you. Why be homophobic at all if you are intelligent enough to know it's morally wrong?

      I don't know its wrong. I think being gay is wrong, but I won't say, do, or judge my friends to hurt their friends. I'm ok with what they do cuz its how they choose.

        In that case, I'll simply and politely inform that there's nothing wrong biologically or physiologically with being gay. It has no negative effects whatsoever. I cannot understand why you think that it'd bad, maybe you're really religious. I don't know. Whatever the reason was, now you know that homophobia is pointless and bigoted. I am glad you that you don't push your negative beliefs onto your friends however.

    It's pretty normal man I'm gay and plenty of people i can tell don't like it. It definitely bothers me but some people are just more prone to being disgusted by things they can't sympathize with
