Is it normal to be open to casual sex on some conditions?

How open are you to casual sex under the following conditions:
1) No rough sex/play.
2) No STD's (sexually transmitted disease).
3) Every act is in consent. For example, not being forced to swallow or blowjob or pussy eating without both parties' consent.
4) Absolutely no strings attached whatsoever.
5) What happens there stays there.
6) etc.

Under those conditions, is it normal to be fooling around at free will?

    There's always a risk that rules may be broken (especially the 4th rule) but that doesn't mean it isn't worth a try. If you trust the person, I say go for it.

    P.S. Don't forget abut STI's (sexually transmitted infections)

    Why bother with conditions? Sex is one of the most fun, least expensive things adults can do.
    I can't see why one would go into something that was that much fun and make up a whole set of rules to ruin the fun.

    My girlfriend and I are bisexual and we mess with another couple who are our best friends. We seek out bi people like us so we're all the ones smirking because we're sending off nin-vibe, vibes just to to blatantly ignore the tirades they carry on about to try and fail.

    The only thing required for casual sex is adults willing to engage in casual sex.

    I really don't get your conditions here

    Number 1 should just be included in Number 3, because there is no reason to take any sex act off the table if all parties are agreeable.

    Number 2 goes for all sex, no one is looking for an STD

    Number 3 basically says "No Rape". Consent should be a given in any sexual encounter.

    Number 4 Is pretty much just the definition of casual sex. It is also something that can never be promised in advance. Feelings can't be controlled, sometimes they just happen. If you can't handle that fact, don't have casual sex.

    Number 5 is the slogan for Las Vegas.

    As long as you're not cheating on someone, consensual casual sex is ok in my book. And consentually changing the "rules" as you go might broaden ones horizons.
