Is it normal to be nervous about meeting a cousin i have sexual feelings for?

Ok, so I know that TONS of people on this site have asked "Is it normal that I'm sexually attracted to my cousin?" Well, I am. And I'm about to see her again soon, and would like some advice!

Ever since we were little, this cousin of mine and I have been very close. We experimented kissing when we were QUITE young (like 10 or so). The last time we got together, it was the first family reunion where all of the cousins were of drinking age, and it was New Year's, so we got quite drunk and had a blast! The thing is, the sexual draw between us THEN was so tangible its like the air was thick with it. It was pretty obvious, too... we were flirting like crazy. We slept on a couch together and felt each other up a little, but it didn't progress beyond that.

I talked with my sister about it on the ride back, she admitted to having noticed it and also to having sexual feelings for a different cousin.

Now I'm going to see her, and part of me really wants to approach the subject with her. My "good" side wants to just talk about it, and confront the issue. My "bad" side really wants to act on it and see if we can't make some good tingles happen. What should I do? I'm quite nervous! Is it normal?
