Yes. I think many narcissists as well as other people with other psychopathic spectrum disorders don't actually do anything that bad but are less likely to get diagnosed or even need treatment than the ones who end up being violent. I theorize that these disorders are much more common than people think but the bad ones usually had bad experiences to make them that way and resent others.
Lots of people see themselves as superior and don't have emotions but have no reason to do bad things.

Uh, probably seek therapy before you get strangers on the internet to diagnose you with anything, but if you recognize a personality flaw of yours, and work around it, you're better off than someone who does not notice the same personality flaw.
