my mom told me not to kiss my friend because she is too old for me. i am very upset. i am so mad.

I am 19 years old. I think I should be allowed to kiss a consenting adult.

    As a adult you need to look after your interests if shes making your life difficult its within your rights to leave. With alot of parents they don't stop seeing there kids as kids even when they are adult so she probly will treat you as kid until you show you are not. Its difficult to live in a way that won't let her down becos of your decisions. I know you don't want to disappoint her but your life is important to.

    Do what ever you think is right and if thats to stay with her then get use to the idea she isn't going to stop trying to control you. Thats the trade off.
