Is it normal to be jealous of guys and little girls for not having periods ?

I am jealous of guys and little girls because they don't have a period , they can swim at ANY TIME without risks of Tampons , also without the hassle of changing pads every couple of hours !. Guys and little girls are lucky in this thing!
