No, it's not 'normal' since 'normal' is what the majority of people on our society do.
BUT, that doesn't mean it's okay or acceptable. As long as everyone involved is fully summed up on what's happening, you are all protected and no feelings are hurt then I don't see why you cannot.

A relationship is supposed to be exclusive, but this is only my point of view. I don't think we can call this " normal ". I think it depends on people's views, but if everyone is okay and perfectly aware of the situation, there's nothing wrong with it.

As long as you all develop late stage syphilis then I don't see a problem with it.

I think it's good to b open like that, prevents anyone getting hurt. I don't think it's natural to be stuck with one person your whole life..spice things up a little ;)
