Is it normal to be happy over this?

There's this person with the exact same car as my boyfriend's( I liked looking at the car because it reminds me of my boyfriend). I'd pass by it everyday on my way to work. One day, I saw it parked there completely wrecked. It made me kind of sad seeing it. A few weeks later, I saw the car again and it was completely fixed. It made me happy. Is this normal?
