    We don't know if the rape experience "made you gay" or not. It's not automaticly so, but it might have had some influence.

    You went through a traumatic experience at a young age involving a male associated with a what most likely was horrifying for you, you feel comfortable around woman. Don't find men attractive due to experience . Brain thought process about males changed at a young age while your brain is a sponge, still developing. If that makes any sense . A lot of rambling.

      Hey this makes a lot of sense to me. Though I didn't know that it wasn't right at the time and it was repetitive. The older person was 13 at the time and I was 6. He was my mom's friend's son. Nobody knew it was happening.
