My parents are divorced, both have new partners. They are blatantly sexually active and often try to tell me about it. I'm fine with this, but is it normal that I'm so relaxed about it?

Kids these days are so not used to having parents who love each other, they find it unusual and awkward when all of a sudden their parents stop being vegetables and start being passionate normal human beings.

People have sex. Parents are people. So why wouldn't you think that they wouldn't be sexually actice? Sex is to be enjoyed by everyone.
Yes it is completley normal. I often hide behind the door and watch them.
Yeah..no.....No. Look its ok to know they have sex....but they are your parents....and they need to take their excitement about who they are banging somewhere else.
The problem is that now that you're a little older they look at you differently and because you've been in their life for so long and old enough to discuss matters of sexuality they need a friend to get out these new feelings of "new sex".
Tell them that shit isn't cool. No matter how tight we are...its not cool to talk about sex.
That said... my dad has told me very non descriptive stories about his college years. I can handle non descriptive. Who's...but I do not to know the whats.
Sure, it used to creep me out a bit when I was younger, but I've gotten over it and I'm pretty chill with it.
However, I wouldn't feel too comfortable if my parents discussed their sex life with me.
