Alright, ive been talkin to this guy (from here) for a little while now and I feel like ive scared him off... I undertand this person isnt very sociable online and stuff but I feel like "emotions, words, feelings, WHY U NO RESPOND! GAAH!" I also undertand that theres a time difference but I dont like it when people take forever to respond...

Keep in mind, this doesnt prevent me from doing my daily things but its kinda just in the back of my mind.

    I feel like that too for some reason... When I haven't spoken to someone online in a while I worry.

    The time difference is something that is irrefutable - he can't help it, you can't help it. And depending on the size of the time difference, it's not something you can hold against him. There's also the chance that he's simply busy or isn't online all that often.

    It is possible that you might've brought up something that he wasn't comfortable with, but personally, I think that's more of his problem. If that is the case, then I wouldn't spend time thinking about what you did or said "wrong".

    It's completely normal to wonder what's taking someone so long to contact you again, but there's a thin line between wondering and worrying. He responds - great. He doesn't respond - that's fine. But in the meantime, don't lose sleep over it.

    Don't be clingy and if he doesn't want you move on. It will be difficult at first but time will heal it.

    If you're being clingy then I can understand why they might not respond to you. You know this person isn't social, so that's probably big reason as to why they don't message you back as soon as you message them. I'm not very social and if there's something going on in my life, I shut myself off from people.
