Certain coughs are a turn on for me. Some believe it's about power and the fact that it happens to everyone no matter how important, rich or famous they are and some believe it is the caring side that attracts people e.g. if they get to look after someone if they are sick.

    When I was young, I found it quiet arousing when a guy coughed but it's not completely arousing. Now, it's not happening anymore.
