Is it normal to be aggressive with public property and litter everywhere?

I try to litter, vandalize and break as much public property as possible. I rarely take my food try and empty it myself In the food court. My rationale is by doing this I'm keeping lots of people employed, like garbage collectors, cleaners, etc.
