Is it normal to be afraid of muslims?

I know that not "all" muslims are terrorists. But I think that a majority or at least enough of them are to be afraid or at least cautious of them. It is weird to think like that?

as a former muslim, i would say you have every right to feel afraid, even disgusted. i've read the quran and even though it isn't as bad but the traditions derived from it or made by muslims are extremely immoral. for example, child marriage. sure, there are muslim countries that are tolerant but those countries contain moderate muslims. most muslims i've met are extremists. they are sexist, violent, agree in all the unethical things like domestic violence and over all unconditionally intolerant of those who do not share similar views.

Have you read the Bible? Getting your father drunk and raping him, murdering children, commiting genocide. Lots of unsavory nuggets in that one too.

Yes and no. Yes, it's normal to feel fear for muslims because the media does everything to make people fear muslims. For instance it is always,"A young muslim killed a man.." Even when the person is not affiliated to any terrorist group. You'll never hear, "A christian murdered a man.."
And no because we should be able to analyse figures and to interpret news. Because most muslims are ashame of what is going on and they don't stop saying it. We should be wiser than that and not let the media corrupt our ability to judge.

Fearing all Muslims is just as irrational as fearing all blacks or all whites or fearing any race or creed.

when a creed stops becomin a religion and becomes a worldwide political movement demandin submission from all then it aint irrational to fear or fight it

bein overly tolerant means puttin lunatics and fools on the same ground as everyone else

You will get no argument from me there. With all of its missionaries in almost every country around the world, political parties, and desire of many of its members to have governments based on their faith, I think that there is a real argument to fear Christianity. But you have to realize that not all Christians think that way, and so there is no reason to fear all Christians.

Christians aren't doing all the killings now and demanding Shariah. And homos will be going back into the closet if those Islam jihadists take over

Christian terrorists have bombed abortion clinics and killed abortion doctors. Christian terrorists were also behind the Oklahoma City Bombing as well as the Olympic Bombing in Atlanta. Christians groups were also sponsoring the Kill the gays law in Uganda. Let's also not forget the wonderful Christian organization called the KKK.

Do you really see more of a threat from Christians than the jihadists?

I'm afraid of them because I'm allergic to perfume.

Bean Bag Buccaneers is a two player children's game, the object of which is to pick up your treasure chest on the central island and sail back safely.

Each player has a giant sailing ship as their main game piece. Each ship has a removable sail, two trigger-action side panels, and a huge spring-driven cannon. Players take turns moving forward along a prescribed track and shooting bean bags at their opponent's ship. A hit on one of the side panels will force it to pop off and give the player a free shot at the other side; a hit forcing the sail off becalms the ship for a turn.

To add to the pirate flavor, each player also has an eye patch. Wearing these will slightly affect depth perception and add a marginal bit of sport to the shooting.

This game retailed for the somewhat impressive sum of $16 back in 1962. With its huge plastic ships (close to a foot long), giant vinyl play mat, and the eye patches, it may well stand as one of the more overproduced games of the early 1960s.
