I've recently got closer to my boyfriend, and he's been trying to urge me into stuff I'm uncomfortable with. I'm really scared of kissing and what he recently tried has really upset me.. He tried to shove his tongue down my throat.... is this normal??? I'm really scared.. i don't want that..
OMG you are so right. Kissing is how you get AIDS and a host of other diseases like Bubonic Plague and rabies. Stay away from that boy. A kiss can even make you have a baby. Anyway, he might suck your face off.

There's nothing to be scared of, but if you're uncomfortable with it, don't let anyone talk you into doing something you really don't want to do. Don't be afraid to tell him to slow down.
No you can't get pregnant from kissing. Don't know where that came from. You have nothing to be afraid of kissing. Worst that can happen is you can catch any cold that he has or has recently had. well, you can catch anything that he has in his mouth if you don't have antibodies to that particular germ. but honestly kissing is amazing. With my boyfriend it quickly escalated but most couple . If you are not ready he should respect that. If he doesn't you may need to rethink things a bit. If you are scared and this is your boyfriend you should be able to tell him. I understand if that is not the kind of relationship you have though.
It's normal. As for me, i am okay with the kissing scene as long as he brushed his golden tooth and fancy his mouth with some fragrance first.
