I can do it too and I have perfect vision, I have always been able to do it since I taught myeself to do it so I suppose it's normal.

I've always been able to do that! I remember being bored as a kid and doing it to lights that were kind of far away, it was pretty.

You don't have to read a book to make your eyes focus close in. Focusing in and out is as normal as breathing. Such a question seems silly to me.

Well, your right about the not healthy part. My eyes do it sometimes by themselves or on command. My eyesight is so poor, I cant see half a foot without my glasses, and I'm nearsighted!!!! :(

Sometimes I catch myself doing it unintentionally though when I daydream...

I have always been able to do this. I think it might not be healthy though.
