I am a straight man and I love alot of pop songs intended for a female audience. One of my favourite songs of all time is "Girls just wanna have fun" by Cyndi Lauper. It fills me with energy and I just want to break out in dance. One time when I was home alone it came on the radio. I turned it up loud and was singing along and dancing when my dad came through the door and just looked at me with a blank expression.

    I rang your phone once in the middle of the night and I think I asked you what you're going to do with your life. You were nice. You told me I was still number one.

    Then there was that time my wife spotted you coming home in the morning light. I think she was also concerned about you living your life right. You just gave her some line about not being one of the fortunate ones.

    It's only now I see this story that I understand what was going on.

    The kind of music you listen to has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. I, for instance, love Moulin Rouge, Sweeny Todd, Footlose, and a ton of other musicals. If you like women you are not gay, and if you like Cindy Lauper jam out! Nobody cares what the haters think!
