19 and never dated/kissed? I had a few guys interested on and off in high school but I've never been on a date/been kissed/done anything really, haha. I knew I didn't want to date in high school and since then I've finished a degree, traveled worldwide for humanitarian aid and next year am starting my own business. It's always been the wrong person/time so before it never bothered me, since I have a couple really close guy friends and in general am really outgoing. I want to date, would love to be in a good relationship, etc, but so far it's just not my priority! Lately my family has been teasing me about the fact I'm 19 and never gone on a date...is it normal?

    High school is the worst place to find a relationship. I think you're normal and have done a lot with your life. Honestly, the right guy is out there waiting for a girl like you. Just keep a positive attitude and the right guy will come.

    I didn't date until I was 20...I didn't want to date in high school..I just figured when I found the guy I wanted to date, we'd spend the rest of lives together and so far it's worked out. I had my first kiss at 13 though...paper boy that had the route next to mine. ha! Everyone's different...you'll be ready someday.

    This is perfectly normal. I know people who havent been kissed until 30 years old, and I know people who were kissed when they were 11. It doesnt really matter.

    Oh I totally feel for you. I'm pretty out going too and mostly hang out with guys. I'm not the kind of person who wants to date just to hook up. I take dating very seriously and know that it will eventually happen. I've never been kissed/on a date. Enjoy being young and getting time for yourself. Not that having a boyfriend would take that away but there's no need to rush. I think the most important thing is to learn about yourself before you get into a relationship. Once your ready then go for it but until then just stick to your priorities.
