Is it normal to b able to grab flies wit my hand no mater how fast they fly?

i can see them move but wen i focus i can slow them dow a lil so i can grab 'em easier i cand do it with 1 hand without hurtin the fly cuz i luv all living things (except most bugs lol) somtimes wen im wit my freinds i all of a sudden focus on a fly catch it and llike try to toss it to get it further away from me cuz they bother me is this normal or am i just crazy as all hell?

    That's pretty cool. I've never been able to catch flies, I usually just use a fly swatter.
