    If your only objective is to get laid, then by all means proceed. If you're looking to start a serious committed relationship, then no, I would advise avoiding the "booty call" route.

    You're only going to know what they want if you try; go out on a date or two, try to make a subtle move and see where it takes you.

    Of course it's normal, sometimes you just need to have sex with no feelings attached. I don't know how to do it though but you need to make sure that the person has the same idea as you, it would be really bad if that person really likes and feels used.
