(And still use a condom to not get pregnant.) Also you refuse to have sex with them if they refuse to get tested.

    That should be something that EVERYONE does. Especially the condom part. People who have frequent one night stands really should get tested after every partner to make sure they're clean and if they're not they should tell the other person right away so you can be properly cautious.

    HIV can be present and transmitable for months before it'll show up on a test.
