Is it normal to always get sick on one particular night of the week?

I'll be fine on friday, but by about 7pm the next night every week without fail, I'll have a temperature, chills/sweating and sometimes a headache and sore, aching muscles.
And it only lasts that night.... it's the strangest thing.

Yes, I've gone to a doctor and they helped me treat the symptoms. But I don't know what's behind this weekly sickness/fever.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I would consider poisoning, by yourself on accident such as an allergic reaction or by someone else. It could very well be psychological but if you know everything is fine in that department, I would be careful. Please let us know how you are doing and your thoughts on it.

It is like seasonal depression but it sounds like you have the cycling syndrome. Do you vomit? If you do it is definitely a sign.

I get the same thing on Monday mornings lol. Seriously tho, it might be more psychological than physical. It could just be all in your mind, maybe? Either that or there's something that is triggering it. For example, I once heard of a case where a man got sick once a month and it was cause his cleaner refreshed the air scent in the bathrooms once a month and he had an allergic reaction to it.
