Is it normal to always be wheezing?

Literally all of the time. I have asthma , but even when my chest doesn't feel tight, I'm STILL wheezy.

    Isabel Sanford passed away a few years back but to me she is still and always will be Whezzy.

    No, there's a reason that the majority of people you run into outside aren't wheezing. Talk to a doctor.
