Is it normal to almost always be cold even when it's 90+ degrees?

I'm always cold. Even when I'm wearing jeans and 2 shirts, I shiver a lot. Sometimes I'll sweat, but I'll still feel cold and be shivering. I only get warm when I run or do some sort of vigorous exercise.

I had that problem. I was cold all the time even in the summer when the local outside temps were in the 80's. I often wore my leather jacket to be sure I wouldn't get cold. I was compelled by other issues to go to the Dr for a blood test. That's when it was discovered that my thyroid wasn't working properly. I was put on thyroid medication and the chills went away. Now I wear short sleeve shirts in the summertime like normal people.

  • I have an issue where I am cold when I should be hot and vice versa. I have had my thyroid checked no issues, I think I am just weird.
