Is it normal to actually like exercising

most people i know just do not exercise. or they dont do it consistently. i actually like doing it and i do it everyday or every other day.

    I'd like it if I were better at it. Lol it's hard lugging around a gut, but I'm sure once I loose it running with be much more fun.

    It's much more than just lifting. It's a way to men tally bring yourself to higher levels and reach past your limits. It should never be out of anger, it's the most natural high you can get and it's healthy for the mind. Set goals, work hard and watch as you blow past them and motivate others.

    Lucky you. I wish I liked exercising. The only reason I do it is to avoid getting fat again. Though I may have recently found some motivation. A guy I really liked told me that I have really firm legs. I'm probably going to up the weight training.

    Some people love it. I'm pretty sure they get that "high" which helps a lot. I used to get it, but not really anymore.

    I don't really love exercise anymore, but I do love hula hooping! It's pretty much the only exercise I do anymore.
