Is it normal to abhor groping of women but like groping fantasy movies?

Wife and I sometimes take role-playing ideas from adult videos. Always avoided fantasy movies of non-consentual stuff as themes are too disturbing and sickening.

Then, saw a Japanese fantasy video about a man groping a woman on a crowded train. Was intensely turned on, and so was the wife. Both of us found the theme really great for role-playing.

Thing I can't understand is that I am disgusted when I hear about women being groped in real life, and my wife herself had a couple of awful incidents when she was traveling on her own. I could NEVER touch someone inappropriately like that, and my wife HATES that type of harrassment - and yet we both found the movie really erotic.

I found a few more movies like that with same theme - fantasies of women in 20s and 30s being groped on crowded buses and trains, with men slipping hands up their skirts and blouses. Turns out it is a very large niche in Japanese adult videos - based on a big problem there in real life, which is repugnant. Really not sure why for such a disgusting theme, the fantasies are such a turn-on. There is something about domination/submission and the public setting that is arousing in the fantasies, even though neither of us is into dom/sub roles in other ways.

Does any of this make any sense?

    it makes sense, what ever you do within the walls of your home is your own business. despising harassment is understandable, but you find it erotic sometimes. it's weird but the things we think are disgusting and awful sometimes are the biggest turn ons of all. what you do is perfectly fine, don't stress too much about it.

    also watch out for that Japanese stuff, it can get pretty crazy sometimes.
