Lesbian here. I jumped on dating sites out of excitement to try dating & nothing has happened :/
Its like hardly any chicks communicate or ask to meet up. Or if they do want to meet up, they ask then randomly bail. Theyre not reliable. is it normal I have had no hope on dating sites & I'm quite attractive too...??
These dating sites post fictitious profiles with photos of "models" on them to get innocent desperate people to subscribe to their sites and "chat" with these "models"!
Meanwhile back in the real World, these models are in actual fact, normal desperate people, who are looking to make a quick buck by answering your posts on behalf of these "lookers"!
Thus when all is said and done, you are not chatting with who you think you are and the person answering your chats is only leading you on to keep you online and suck your hard earned buck from you!
If you really want to meet someone, go to a pub and meet them face to face, at least then you know what you getting!
Thanks for your comment but I do socialise & I'd prefer to not go to sleavy bars where majority of people are inebriated & just want hook ups etc. I wanted to try dating sites because at least u know that majority are most likely looking to date & you can easily ask if they're interested in girls and what not. Its not like I can just randomly go up to an attractive lady at a shop and say "Hey are you gay?" As id like to take u out sometime". Not only do I not want to make a fool of my self & be embarrassed as hell but I don't want to cone across as a creep.
I do notice a lot of genuine profiles, its just they don't make an effort
Girls these days don't want to risk making the first move in anything. They have grown completely content with just sitting on a throne and waiting for men to do all that commoner-esque stuff.
So what we have in your case is two subjects of the same sex with the same mindset and both are sitting and waiting for the other one to make the move... but it will never happen... because women want everything handed to them on a silver platter. like lady Hitlers.
All I can say is keep trying. There's millions of people on dating websites.
