I would suggest you go and see a colon hydrotherapist. It is not uncommon for people to have bouts of constipation at certain times- travelling, stress, diet change, seasonal changes, mild dehydration- in fact, almost anything unusual can upset the body like this.

Occasionally, there can be some sort of blockage, which if not dealt with, could one day become more serious.

Colonics are an ancient remedy and many people who see the doctor for laxatives would be better having a colonic, since laxatives can have dangerous side effects and worsen the problem.

And as a bonus, colonics can make you feel great because the body has unloaded a load of toxins!

Could be IBS or something as simple as dehydration.

Being alternately hurgry and not hurgry is normal.

Do not eat or drink three hours before going to bed.
Eat three to four small meals during the day rather than a large dinner or lunch.
If you are overweight, make lifestyle changes to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
Quit smoking. It accentuates, aggravates and intensifies heartburn.
Use antacids such as Maalox, Tums and Rolaids as after a meal, before bed and/or as needed.
    Dyspepsia

You should see a doctor. I'll admit, that I can relate. At this time, I have been trying to ease myself into going normally... Things that have been helping me are: coconut ice cream, coffee (but it only works properly of pared with the coconut ice cream or if have drunken water), Perrier sparkling water, eating certain yogurts or fruit and their peel have greatly helped me in the past, more veggies (like spinach), and beans.

I will try it. Does the yogurt have to be Greek?

No I don't think so, I just get a tub of plain yogurt and Greek then mix it to make 50/50

Azuki beans are nice, Soybeans too. Though, I would say that in this circumstance that the Azuki beans seem to work quite well with just a little bit of trapdoor wind. However, the amount seem to greatly depend on exactly how constipated I am...

This is not the place to get a medical advice. You're better off consulting a doctor.
