Is it normal there are so many fake people on iin?

They're horrible liars too, most of them anyway. They make up a fake story about their life but then in another question, I see a COMPLETELY different story that doesn't fit with their other stories.

I.E: "Yeah, my son likes baseball."
And then in another topic, "I hate kids, glad I don't have any."

Like what? Are you insane or what? If you're gonna fake an account/entire life story, why not stick with the same one? IIN?

    I once got called out on it because I would post stories of questions that friends had asked me (friends who don't know about IIN) and I'd be curious myself to see the answers. In other posts, I would tell different stories about my Mom because I refer to my Aunt and my biological Mother as "Mom"

    So... who knows? They may have a good explanation for their discrepancies. That's why I hide my stories now, though. It got annoying to have to explain myself to every single fucking user who had something against me.

    Yea I sometimes switch names genders and people in stuff around because I want to remain anonymous and if friends and family saw what I was saying they could probably tell it was me. (:

    It just helps me polish my lying skills... y'know... what if there comes a rainy day where I need to fake a story or verbally bullshit to save a life? My own or someone elses? You're just sitting there judging people calling them insane, while the truth is some of us are slaving away trying to save lives. We are heroes!

    Someone here tried to start crap with me a few months back due to my earlier comments being different. I explained to them that I used to let other people that were too lazy to make an account here use my account to post comments. I would go back and delete those comments, but reading through each question to do so would be time consuming and boring.

    Yeah I understand where you're coming from. Honestly, I want people to get an idea of who I am when I use this website, because the whole point is to share out all of your secrets under the same mask of anonominity. I feel comfortable enough behind my mask that I don't mind if people start to associate a personality with it.
