Is it normal there are always kids in the chatroom?

I was pretty sure this website was 18+. Why are there always little kids using up the chatroom? One admitted to being 13 and I feel extremely uncomfortable trying to have adult chat when there's kids on here. I think maybe there should be a kids' section to keep the young ones out of our hair.

    I understand kids or teens shouldn't be on here
    this sites material is adult content in nature
    but got realize they will slip on these sites
    than you got grown adults who pretend to be teens
    than you never know when sting operations are set
    up on these sites but to me it makes no difference
    i don't get involved with conversation with under 18
    few sites i had few friends who were minors but i make
    conversation down to their level cause better to be
    safe than sorry but gotta know there are trolls, people
    who will catfish others while online.

    Unfortunately it is normal. Not much can be done you can report them and they make new accounts.
