Is it normal the trees are talking to me?

I am experiencing the forest in a new way. I have never been so in touch. It is like I am finally one with nature. I know everything from the earth through the roots that take and give to the trunks and who spread out the leaves. Outward, upward.

  • I wanna talk to trees too. I like hugging them sending love vibes.
Are you a wood nymph by any chance?

Trees have life and science have proven they can talk, but its below the audible human hearing audible frequency range of 20 Hz, so its unlikely you can hear them even if they said something. It is proven that trees cry when people cut them, so makes me feel sad about all the trees that have been wiped out as humans have engaged in deforestation and made way fort human settlements...

I've never heard of a tree crying, except for a weeping widow (willow) after her tree husband was chopped down 😂
And I've never heard or seen a tree talk except for in that Family guy episode where the husband is glad that his wife is gone so he can converse with and be together with the tree stump that his wife was bugging him to get rid of 😂

For some reason I find myself thinking of that old Shel Silverstein book The Giving Tree. It's a depressing story really.

Ok am sorry about my rudeness on the other comment, but I can't help it when i am a little angry. But please do check out the posts, it is a fascinating topic, but infact science has proved trees do make noise below 20 Hz, i.e infra sounds.

P.S I hate family guys and don't watch that crap, I love The Simpsons though...

Thanks. I try to treat people the same way I want to be treated. But I don't believe in blowing up at anyone if they forget their manners, cause everyone does sometimes, we're all only human

Immature people who are still students like you should not talk of things you know nothing about. Trees can make noise, its not in audible frequency range (human audable frequency is 20-20000 HZ), science has showed that, go read for yourself you "know it all brat", its called infra sound, below 20 Hz. What the op said is bs, because humans cannot hear trees, but trees do indeed make noises below human hearing range. Go finish your physics studies and you will know ab out these, also here are some posts about this matter, you can find many more:

I'm not a know-it-all, and I only understand the basics about physics. I'm no physics major. I wasn't trying to talk about things I know nothing about, I was just making a joke.

Trees are just giant plants. Nice to look at and give shade when needed. But talk? Do you know how to talk "tree"? :)
