Is it normal the nurse acted like this

recently I went to Romano Orthopedics and there was this nurse that was so weird. I was signing some forms and she got really close to me (really close wtf) which was awkward. When I was signing the forms I was like "I am my own parent or gaurdian." and she giggled and she was like "yeah".

today I called Romano Orthopedics and I talked to this same nurse. I asked her about returning my knee braces (not sure if i was talking about returning them or exchanging them tbh) and she was like "you can return them within a week of getting them" even tho it has already been more than a week. wtf?

is this normal behavior from a nurse? i think she is acting weird. what do you guys think about this?
