ISIS has accepted responsibility for the attack, but let's be honest here, of course they would. Any publicity is good publicity for them, and if they can use one crazy homophobic's act of terror to get even one more person to accept their special brand of fucked up, why wouldn't they.

This isn't to say religion wasn't a factor in the attacks, according to Islam, homosexuality is about as haram (evil/sinful) as it gets.

Did you know that ISIS actually work for the US?

They didn't get to be so powerful overnight out of shear luck. All those weapons drops, all those oil wells etc. The US either set it up for them or gave it to them on a silver platter.

The news media asks one question. How amusing would an event be if it were fictional? If amusing, it's a headline. That's why plane crashes and assassinations are always on the front page.
