Is it normal that your friend/ acquaintance forget to say good luck to you?

It's not just "Good luck." There's also "Have a great summer," "Have a great winter break," etc.... For the most part, I have to say it before someone else does. Does that person think lowly of me or doesn't regard me as a friend such that he forgets to say these kinds of thing?

It's normal. Just because they don't say that doesn't mean they don't like you. Stop being clingy and/or paranoid.

I rarely say things like this. I'm too awkward to. I would say "Bye" but never "Enjoy your summer" or something. I dunno why. I just don't.
