Is it normal that wife wants to divorce me but i don't bec i think she's mental

My wife has said now for more than a year that she does not love me and wants a divorce. Her main reason is that I have not given her a child after ten years of marriage (she has problems in that area not me unfortunately) and that I have not bought her a car. She does crazy stuff all the time and goes out every nite drinking coming home at between midnight and 6 am and accuses me of not spending time with her. She has tried to commit suicide before and soes crazy things all the I've. She has refused to see a psychologist or even a counsellor with me. I think she has a borderline personality disorder or something and that a doctor or medicine could help her, so I have stuck around. Isit normal that I have not agreed to a divorce in this situation!

    Sometimes you need to let people make bad choices or they will never learn.
    This reminded me of last night when I was in my friends van and his other friend wanted to go home instead of going to the bar and my friend kept begging him to go with us. We sat there for half an hour with them arguing and I just wanted to go and didn't care who went. I do not understand why people have a need to control other peoples decisions. I hear the excuse "because I care" but its not logical because nobody can learn if someone decides everything for them.
