Is it normal that whenever i don't lose enough weight i cry?

I weigh myself after each week-2 weeks and if I haven't lost 5 pounds (1 week) or 10-12 pounds (2 weeks) then I'll cry for more than an hour. When it's over my eyes hurt, my throat hurts, I feel so tired and I call myself a failure. I want to be healthy but I also want to be skinny.

That seems like a lot of weight to want to lose so quickly. I could be wrong, but maybe you are setting unrealistic expectations for yourself. Losing weight often takes much time, dedication, patience, and discipline. Just like putting on muscle for people like me who actually would like to gain some weight. Diet has lots to do with it as well. You have to eat healthy and consistently with proper portions.

Yeah thats a lot of weight.
I am on a low calorie diet and can expect to loose about 2 pounds a week... while still making sure I eat as balanced a diet as I can.

If you do what im doing with little exercise. .. you can maintain a healthy diet and slowly loose weight.
I eat in between 1000-1400 calories a day.... thats 2 meals and a snack.
yesterday I ate tuna fish sandwich with a few potato chips inside my sandwich.... snack I ate an orange... then had fish with lemon pepper snd salt side of potato with low-fat butter, half a slice of bacon, salt, and pepper. I drink carbonated water with mio for flavoring.... or ragular water.
      Today my meal plan is
salad with spinach leaves a slice of bacon and carrots, topped with a small amount of dressing... snack angel food cake slice with raw strawberries... chicken with 2 corn on the cobs low fat butter on my corn.

If you also exercise...maybe 4 times a week you can loose weight a little faster.
You dont want to loose weight too fast...or get so stressed about it.

Fruit, forgot about fruit. Bananas are really healthy. They make a wonderful laxative. Apples, pears, blueberries, acai, prunes, apricots, tomatoes, etc. I also forgot about gourd plants, like pumpkin. (etc.)

You do realize that bananas can actually cause constipation potassium being an electrolyte can affect your water balance and cause a dry hard stool. Insoluble fiber is best to clean out your bowels also take a pro biotic acidophilus and other bacteria will help break down your food more efficiently.

Obviously, that's news to me. They've always brought much needed moisture for me.

You can lose weight by having a healthy digestive system. Don't take laxatives. They're unhealthy when use is prolonged and can form an independence.

Drink organic green tea, it can be decaf or caffeinated. If you have issues with caffeine, go with decaf. Green tea helps with digestion and weight loss.

You need to eat fibre. Try to eat organic/non-GMO foods. Eat nuts, seeds, leafy greens (kale, spinach, bok choy, chard, etc), and roots/tubers (Carrots, turnips, ginger, potatoes, etc). Coconut oil is good too. You may want to consider cutting out grains too.

Drink water, especially since, green tea can be dehydrating and dehydration can dry out your bowels, leading to constipation.

People typically don't lose that much in a week unless they are very large. The bigger you are the faster it comes off at first. You can make it happen if you're determined enough though. But losing at a slower rate helps keep it off. Like when people go on crash diest and lose 10 pounds in a week it comes back real quick if you're not careful.

Look at it this way: one pound is like four sticks of butter melted off you. That's a lot of butter!

Please be very careful. You sound like you have the potential to develop an eating disorder.

A lot of the weight you lose in the beginning is water weight which can be deceptive cut back on the scale a better way to gauge progress is by measurements or how your clothes fit. You could also be hitting a plateau which means you should change up your exercise regimen . In general watch your sodium intake it will cause you to retain water stay away from refined sugars eating fiber will help your body feel full or satiated also it keeps your blood sugar from spiking and keeps your insulin levels consistent lots of small meals keeps your metabolism at a constant level I could keep going but you prob stopped reading a paragraph ago lol good luck
