Is it normal that when wind blows on my face, i get this odd feeling?

When I'm like in a roof or beach and I'm appreciating the sea view in sunset and let my mind fly out of this world, sometimes chilly wind will blow on my face. I would shut my eyes, and inhale heavily, and then this feeling of heaviness will come, it is the worst, I don't know if it is a depressive feeling or feeling of relieve, I just don't know if it is positive or a negative feeling. It is like something is happening in my stomach (someone said it is called "having butterflies in stomach). I can't explain it, I hope you got my point.

Yep, that's normal, I guess. Also happens to me.
And It reminds me of when I sometimes, at night, go up to the street/window and smoke one cigarette while sitting looking the stars and with the headphones on.
It seems like I have a depressive feeling/thinking about life but it also makes me feel good and relaxing, Idk.. but I enjoy doing it x)

Yeah, I know right, and even it is so odd, I love it. Sometimes I would go find ways to feel that way.

it is from the Silver Linings Playbook, the humming is the best part, Oh, how down I feel! It is as if I'm floating.
