Is it normal that when outside in heavy rain, i like to wet my pants/pee?

First time happened during my teenage years, when i was caught in heavy rain while walking home quite a distance. I was all soaked within little time and the cold and wet made me need to pee. I decided not to go into the muddy parts next to the street because i wore expensive and wrong shoes and it would have been quite a distance to the next shrub, and did not want to "undress" and squat down next to the street as many cars came by, so i stood still and just let go.
It was a weird feeling, but somehow thrilling.

Even to this day, when i am outside and it rains sufficiently to soak my clothes, i will often "let go" and pee in my pants, preferrably in public areas(city square, bus stop, ...) with other people close by.
Anybody else does this? Is that normal?
