Is it normal that when my head is on a pillow, i hear a beating in ma head?

when im lyeing in bed with the side of my head on a pillow i can hear like a thudding noise, sometimes it gets really loud and even after my head is off the pillow it continues, its driving me mad! xx

    if it's really bugging you to the point where u can't sleep, try turning on a fan or the radio for some background noise to drown out the sound

  • I get that sometimes too. It has to do with your heart. I used to get that to happen to me when I would be sitting in the reclliner and getting up really fast and going downstairs. The think is, you need to relax yourself before you go to sleep. Like, sit down and listen to music before laying down.
