Is it normal that when i sneeze the muscles on my right eyelid stop working

my eyelid only opens up half as much as normal when i sneeze and goes back to being normal a few minutes after... this only started happening recently! Is it normal?

    Is feeling like your nerves pumping for a few seconds part of what you experience too? I experience that sometimes.
