    NORMAL... Just siblings playing around. However, if your going to act on your lustful thoughts... then you need to prepare her. Complement her several times on the nice figure she has, and how if you could you would take her on a date. Then, after a few weeks of complements... when you wrestle, grab her from behind... rolling around on the floor... gently cup her boobs a few times...and after you have her wrapped with your arms and legs, whisper to her, "would you like to go on a date?"
