Is it normal that when i eat chocolate it really hurts the top of my mouth?

It could be a allergic reaction. I would stop eating it to be on the safe side and then see a allergist.
You may have a sensitive mouth and cuts or sore on it. I wouldn't recommend sucking on chocolate , that will irritate it further ;)
I've experienced this too, and I also find galaxy particularly bad for it! I couldn't tell you why it is though. I have had it with other foods too.
