Death metal is supposed to make you feel pumped (my opinion)! And the same with violent games!! XD lol
I don't play video games but I do listen to metal music. Especially death metal and goregrind. The heavier the metal music is the better! I don't know what to say but the fact that you don't feel any emotion while listening to the music and playing violent video games can be a good thing, I guess. Just be happy they don't make you want to go out and kill someone! I feel no emotions while listening to my metal music, no negative ones that is. The music makes me calmer after a few minutes.
I cant really tell on this one.i think it just depends on the person you are. I mean. When i watch something violent, i laugh..... and cheer.... and when i hear heavy metal, i usually listen to one song and stop listening to it because i usualky get tired from it. :P
Hiya,
I never used to think it did but it does, esp. if you do both a lot. If it makes you depressed, why bother??
Yes that is normal, there have been studirs. On how music affects our emotions as well as violent video games. The studies find that those who listen/play to this are more likely to harm oneself or others, now this isnt directly from it but it does influence people.
Yes. Your putting all this ugly stuff in your mind. Naturally it does so.
If it makes you feel depressed, why do it? Being (truly) depressed is a horrible feeling so... Anyway, metal and video games combined gives me a powerful shot of energy and rage release!
Totally agree with greenjellybean on this one. Violence and metal ftw, bish!
I do both those things, and while I don't show emotions much, that has nothing to do with the music that I listen to or the games that I play. Lots of people don't show their emotions much, and it never has anything to do with what music or games you like.
