Is it normal that this actually pisses me off?

I just went dumpster diving at a Dollar General store and I found seven bags that were full of brand-new stuff. There was literally not a single piece of trash in any of the bags. The bags mostly consisted of flip flops and kids toys, but there were a few other things in that I noticed as well like a few windshield scrapers for icy weather. I get it that it's their stock and I'm not losing anything by them throwing it out, but I can't help but feel a bit upset since it's all perfectly good and can go to those in need.

I'd be happy to find stuff like that in a "dumpster", or a skip as we would call it across the pond. Most things you find in the rubbish are useless or poor quality.

Think to yourself that you're doing the world a service by finding perfectly decent stuff in there and not allowing it to pollute the planet.

I once went dumpster diving and found a computer however the previous owner took out the hard drive ( maybe it had personal information and other important files on there), so I installed a fresh version of Windows XP after getting a UDMA hard drive and now its running good as new.

I saw some people on YouTube who would dumpster dive, and then sell the stuff online. I'm not suggesting that you do that, but it's just some crap I saw online. Maybe you could donate the stuff to Goodwill?

People waste so much stuff, especially big businesses. It's normal to get annoyed when you see it.
