The skin under the foreskin is really tender whenever I pull it back it kind of hurts and feels kind of raw, is this normal?
Sounds like your skin is too tight... You're not getting any air to it. I mean, uncut guys should feel way more pleasure, but it shouldn't "hurt".

Normal, but do you wash under your foreskin coz you should. Once it gets used to you pulling back the skin and giving it a gentle wash, not only will it be more hygienic and free from nasty germs, but the pain will go away. This will all lead into being able to have pain-free fun with either yourself, or someone else when the time comes. Make sure to use a gentle soap at first, then rinse it off thoroughly. Trust me I have gone through this and it is normal, just take better care of it.
