Is it normal that the progressive insurance commercial makes me want to rage??!

You know the one. White room, annoying chick with the bumpit? That one. There's something about that horrid, minimalist, psuedo-mod, all-white set... and the absence of any music, and the wretched tone of that chick's voice, and the cringe-worthy "punny" jokes,and the spectacularly bad acting, and that god damn ringing bell.... all of it makes my SKIN CRAWL. I can NEVER get to the remote fast enough to switch the channel. I HATE HATE HATE those commercials.

Lately, I've been thinking how awesome those white walls would look if they were splattered with that bitch's blood!!!

Did I mention that I work in the advertising industry? :)

    i'm sick of the commercial where she says "unicorns and glitterrr!" i thought it was cute at first, but now i've seen it so many times & it's just annoying.

    I think it's normal. I've felt angered by commercials before, but not to your extent. I have to admit though, I liked the Santa one.
