      Sterile as it leaves the body. Not sterile when exposed to the air too long because harmful airborne bacteria can get into it. But fresh piss is about as dirty as cum.

        Piss is a waste product containing the bacteria that isn't good for the human body, as well as all of the waste that the body can't use. Therefore, no matter how you really look at it, it's unhygienic and disgusting. Plus, STDs can be transmitted through urine, so unless you know that your fuck doll isn't contaminated, you are playing with fire

          Again, I never ingest it so it never goes inside my body. And we need to get rid of this notion that piss is a "waste product". Everything contains bacteria, not just piss. Tables and chairs have bacteria on them but we still eat off of them and sit on them respectively for fuck's sake...

          As for the STD thing, the same logic can be applied to sexual intercourse. What's your point? What's my skin if it isn't a barrier, as a condom is for sex? If you wouldn't fuck a girl with an STD, don't let her piss on you either. It's logical.
