Is it normal that the most perverted members are usually the friendliest?

I like to read hentai manga on a website called Fakku. I mainly read the manga for the story rather than the hentai, so I look at the comments to get a little preview on it. Whenever I look at the comments, I see clever puns that have something to do with the story (Which have cause me to fall off my fucking chair from laughing), or just a friendly convo. It's very rare to see anyone getting into a fight or hating on something. I found out that some of my nicest, most optimistic friends even went on fakku. I've even talked to some of the random members over the internet (video chat on occasion) and they are great people.

This doesn't just apply to fakku; it applies here as well. Whenever I go to the bottom of the page and click on a sexual/perverted question, It's rare to see any violent argument in the comments. Rather, it's a bunch of clever puns and convos. Same with many other websites.

I'm not saying that all people who aren't perverted are mean nor vice versa, but it just seems that way whenever I talk to my fellow perverts or see them chatting away.

My best guess is that hentai and porn keeps them stress free, so they are more optimistic? Does anyone else have an explanation?
